In this modern world, our lives are so hectic and cluttered. We have so many demands to meet, whether it be from our work, our children, our jam-packed social calendars and never ending to-do lists, that taking care of our own mental health often falls by the wayside.

It can help clients dissipate negative and distorted thought patterns and re-programme their line of thought to achieve a more positive, forward looking approach.

I would highly recommend hypnotherapy sessions with Katie. After a session I feel very relaxed like I’ve had a very deep restful sleep and I feel that same calm feeling for the rest of the day. The sessions empowered me to tackle the things in my life that I knew were causing me stress, and brought forward things I never realised were actually stressing me. Auditing before each session is great as it made me evaluate the past week. I came to see Katie to tackle my phobia of spiders and I found the hypnotherapy brilliant. Katie was very relaxed and friendly and put me at ease very well. I tend to talk a lot when I’m nervous and I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never had hypnotherapy before and I realised I’d have to think about spiders at some point. Katie was very good at being chatty to make me feel at ease and also making sure we covered all the material and the hypnotherapy.
